Our ecosystem of fauna and flora
The vineyard surrounds a 6.5-hectare nature reserve where no human beings enter. This space harbors a variety of insects such as bees, butterflies, and grasshoppers, as well as deer, badgers, wild boars, and migratory birds, including around 300 wood pigeons in winter.
At the heart of the reserve lies a large pond that is home to carps and a family of otters, an indisputable sign of the absence of pollution. This biological richness is due to the fact that the entire vineyard is cultivated to fully protect the ecosystem of this reserve, contributing to the natural fertility of the vineyard.
